We have an opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic chef to join our team at Libanus 1877, Borth. We are a reputable establishment of 1 year where we serve and look after a mixed clientele with regular customers and new holiday goers.
You will need to work independently and alongside other chef’s, therefore previous experience is a must. You must be able to work under pressure on busier times.
Our focus is on freshly prepared ingredients, needing good attention to detail on preparation, cooking and presentation.
We are passionate about our food and prepare our menu in house to a high standard using fresh and local produce. Our menus reflect this and changes regularly.
This is an excellent opportunity for any chef looking to develop their culinary art and skills in a progressive and challenging role.
The position is full time and permanent. Pay is dependent on experience.
