Spiced blood prawn balls– Asian spiced prawn balls, wasabi mayo

Chicken brains – Chicken liver parfait, spiced plum chutney


MAIN COURSE

Devil’s chicken – Pan fried chicken supreme, crispy pancetta, broad bean & spring onion, potato rosti, red wine jus

Monster bones–12-hour cooked beef rib, fondant potato, caramelised onion puree, onion petties, rosemary sauce

Roast bat risotto – Wild mushroom risotto, pickled mushroom, toasted pine nuts & goat’s cheese

Silence of the lambs – Welsh lamb rump with braised lamb belly, crispy parsnip cones, parsnip puree, garlic potato, red wine jus

Jaws – Pan fried sea bream, celeriac, caramelised apple, caper & raisin emulsion, fondant potato, pickled seaweed


DESSERT

Death by chocolate – Caramel & white chocolate hazelnut brownie, vanilla ice cream

R.I.P cheesecake – oven baked vanilla cheesecake with spiced rhubarb compote, caramelised white chocolate

Creepy lemon – Lemon posset with vanilla mayo, shortbread meringue

Grave yard cheese board – three welsh cheeses with biscuits, chutney, apple & grapes
