3 courses at £30 per head

Celebrate your Christmas Party  with us at Libanus, enjoy good food, friendly festive service in our warm and welcoming restaurant. 

TO BEGIN – smaller plates of all the starters will be served to everyone:

  • MINI BEEF WELLINGTONS
    small chunks of steak, rich jus & pate baked in puff pastry
  • SEAFOOD MINI TIN LOAF
    filled w chilled prawn, smoked salmon, avocado w lime & dill mayo
  • CRISPY CHICKEN PIECES
    w cashew  caramel, grilled pineapple salsa & baby coriander

“In keeping with the Christmas tradition the following two courses are designed to share and will be served family style. All dishes will come out to the centre of your table, help yourself and enjoy”

MAIN COURSE

  • SAGE & LEMON STUFFED TURKEY BREAST 
    baked in prosciutto  w cranberry & port  sauce
  • BLISTERED PORK BELLY 
    slow cooked until tender, w toffee apples & calvados jus 

Accompanying the main courses will be the following:
Christmas greens, roasted root winter vegetables & duck fat roasted midi potatoes 

SWEET FINALE 

  • BISCOFF CHEESECAKE
    w toasted almond brittle 
  • GINGERBREAD PUDDING
    w sticky toffee sauce 
  • CASSIS PAVLOVA
    soft meringues with crème de cassis & orange pistachio cream
