Pan roasted Venison haunch, candied chestnut crumble

Pan fried Sea bass, caramelised apple & celeriac, caper & raisin puree

Wild mushroom & kale wellington, blue cheese sauce

All served with roast parsnips, pan fried sprouts & pancetta, curly kale, buttered carrots, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets & a red wine jus
